SUMMARY:General Meeting and AGM 2019
DESCRIPTION:There will not be a farm visit this year.  Rather\, a General 
 Meeting of the Society will be held at 2.00pm at the Wales YFC offices on 
 the RWAS Showground at Builth Wells\, followed by a formal AGM at 3.30pm.\
 n\nThe purpose of the General Meeting is to discuss the future of the Soci
 ety.  It appears to the officers that\, in order for ACW to survive and t
 hrive\, two developments need to be considered:\n\n 	that ACW needs to obt
 ain professional assistance in terms of the administration and promotional
  input required\; and\n 	that ACW should register itself as a charity in o
 rder to access funds that could sustain such support.\n\nThe purpose of th
 e meeting\, therefore\, will be to agree a way forward in terms of status 
 and work plan.  It is quite a pivotal period for the Society and we look 
 forward to your support and ideas at the meeting.\n\nTea / coffee and bisc
 uits will be provided during the afternoon\, so please let us know if you 
 intend to be present before Sunday 15th September.
