{"id":1331,"date":"2014-12-01T19:52:10","date_gmt":"2014-12-01T19:52:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ancientcattle.local\/amdanom\/"},"modified":"2025-03-31T16:43:05","modified_gmt":"2025-03-31T16:43:05","slug":"amdanom","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ancientcattleofwales.org\/cy\/amdanom\/","title":{"rendered":"Amdanom ni"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nod y Gymdeithas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diben&nbsp;cymdeithas Gwartheg Hynafol Cymru&nbsp;yw diogelu a hyrwyddo amrywiaeth lliw yr hen wartheg traddodiadol Gymreig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cred aelodau\u2019r gymdeithas fod diogelu amrywiaeth gwartheg hynafol Cymru yn rhan bwysig o\u2019r etifeddiaeth amaethyddol Gymreig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r ffaith iddyn nhw oroesi cyhyd yn brawf o\u2019u dycnwch, eu defnyddioldeb a\u2019u haddasrwydd i dirwedd mynyddog a gerwin Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heddiw, mae gwerth iddynt o\u2019r newydd fel rhan o dreftadaeth amaethyddol gyfoethog Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ers ei sefydlu, bu\u2019r gymdeithas yn ceisio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>codi ymwybyddiaeth o fodolaeth a gwerth y gwartheg lliw Cymreig,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gwarchod yr amrywiaeth o liwiau trwy gofrestru gwartheg priodol, a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chreu marchnad benodol ar gyfer ein gwartheg hynafol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dechreuad y Gymdeithas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn ystod y 1970au, dechreuodd llond dwrn o ffermwyr i ddarganfod y gwartheg Cymreig hynny ar ucheldiroedd Cymru nad oedd yn ddu a dysgu am eu hanes.&nbsp; Gwnaethant hynny dan faner \u201cY Gwartheg Lliw Cymreig\u201d. &nbsp;Cymerodd hyn sawl blwyddyn gan fod y gwartheg, gan mwyaf, ar ffermydd diarffordd. &nbsp;Erbyn 1981 roedd yr amser yn aeddfed i sefydlu cymdeithas fr\u00eed, fel y gwelwch o\u2019r darn isod o\u2019r Western Mail (yn Saesneg yn unig).&nbsp; Cynhaliwyd cyfarfod cyntaf y gymdeithas yn Nolgellau ym Medi 1981 a sefydlwyd Gwartheg Hynafol Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ancientcattleofwales.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/save-welsh-cattle-cropped-page-001-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"363\" src=\"https:\/\/ancientcattleofwales.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/save-welsh-cattle-cropped-page-001-1-1024x363.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1652\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ancientcattleofwales.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/save-welsh-cattle-cropped-page-001-1-1024x363.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ancientcattleofwales.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/save-welsh-cattle-cropped-page-001-1-300x106.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ancientcattleofwales.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/save-welsh-cattle-cropped-page-001-1-768x272.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ancientcattleofwales.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/save-welsh-cattle-cropped-page-001-1.jpg 1435w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn y man cyntaf canolbwyntiwyd ar adeiladu cofrestr fuches drwy archwilio pob creadur addas, a hynny o niferoedd prin. &nbsp;Ers hynny mae\u2019r gwaith o gynyddu nifer ac ansawdd y gwartheg wedi cynyddu. &nbsp;Mae Safon Br\u00eed wedi ei sefydlu a cydnabyddir y lliwiau gan BCMS (British Cattle Movement Service).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heddiw<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cynhelir arwerthiannau achlysurol a hysbysebir anifeiliaid unigol ar y wefan hon. \u00a0Cafodd y br\u00eed ei ychwanegu ar Restr Wylio Ymddiriedolaeth Goroesi Bridiau Prin (RBST) yn y categori Blaenoriaeth ym mis Mawrth 2025.
